Thank you for visiting and shopping at Alb Filter Australia. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • We offer standard and express shipping within Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over 150 AUD.

  • Order Processing Times:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

  • Shipping Carriers:

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other reliable couriers.

  • Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor your order’s progress.

2. International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Our products are only available for purchase and delivery within Australia.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers:
    • We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia using Australia Post. Please note, however, that express shipping may not be available for PO Box addresses.
  • Remote Locations:
    • Additional transit time may be required for remote or rural locations. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but delivery to these areas may take longer.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alb-filter.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn’t yet been shipped.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Items:
    • We take great care in packaging your items, but if an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at support@alb-filter.com.au with your order number and details. We’ll assist with the claims process and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement.
